I wish I could have posted 0 star. My car got broken in last night. When I arrived this morning no one from the security was there, and when talking to the assistance on the phone the only answer was : “call the police we cannot do anything” I will never use any other Q-Park for sure

Tricky to get in and out of. If you pay over the internet in advance, you shouldn't take a ticket when you enter or you can't get out.

We parked from 9am-7pm on Saturday, 7/12/19. We paid 55 euros. Our car was broken into (they smashed a window). Q Park said they bear absolutely no responsability for it. As we were leaving, we ran into another family who had the same thing happen to them. When we went to the police to file a police report, the officer who helped us said ours was the second break in at Q Park he was reporting that day. Makes you think if this is Q Park's business model: they charge you 55 euros, rob you AND say they have no responsability.

Terrible underground parking lot. My car's window was broken in this park and the manager thought they did not have any fault. The police told me that there is no CCTV and many cases has happend in this parking lot in the past. I paid most expensive parking fee but did not get anything.

I had serious concerns about parking here after reading through the reviews about car theft. But I decided to take a risk since I will only be in Amsterdam for a day and I don’t want I lose any time seeing the city. I got here around 8:30AM in January on a Sunday. The entire parking lot is almost empty. So I parked really close to the exit stairs and right next to a Porsche, thinking it might lower the chance of my car window being smashed if theft were to happen lol. The location is really close to all the museums so it’s convenient. I left at around 4PM, glad to see my car was still in one piece, so was the Porsche next to me haha. Parking fee was 55 euros. I saw people complaining about the high fee. I think it’s ok due to location being ready nice. 55 euros is about the same amount they charge for a day in Chicago or New York City so it’s not too bad.
